Job summary

Nestlé in Karacabey, Bursa, is seeking a SHE Associate Trainee to join the Operations team on a temporary 10-month contract. You will support the Factory SHE Management systems, help obtain and maintain ISO14001 and 45001 certifications, and assist in expanding digital tools used by the department.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, up to 2 years of experience in related operations, fluent English, strong MS Office skills, and solid communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field required.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, control and improvement of Factory SHE systems (ISO14001/45001).
