Job summary

NoCompany is seeking a capable Production Quality/Process Engineer to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes lean methods, line efficiency, and robust documentation practices.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree, has hands-on experience with Kaizen, 5S, Poka-Yoke, and PFMEA, and can coordinate cross-functional actions across shifts. Proficiency in MS Office plus SAP/QDMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Automotive/ Manufacturing/ Materials/ Metallurgical).
• Experience in production operations and continuous improvement, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, loss analysis, and Poka-Yoke applications.
• Experience in production KPI monitoring, capacity analysis, and layout improvement.
• Knowledge of production documentation, including work instructions, operation sheets, and PFMEA.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities across functions.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and QDMS experience is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production KPIs, report performance, and coordinate improvement actions.
• Analyze downtime, scrap, and rework to improve productivity and product quality.
• Support production planning through customer demand and capacity analysis.
• Implement Kaizen, 5S, E-Matrix, Poka-Yoke, and layout improvement activities.
• Maintain production documentation and verify compliance with work instructions and standard procedures.
• Support technical training and multi-skilling activities for blue-collar employees.
• Participate in investment projects and commissioning activities.
• Contribute to OHS activities and ensure compliance with quality, environmental, energy, and safety requirements.
• Maintain relevant procedures and records through QDMS.
