NoCompany in an automotive manufacturing setting seeks a seasoned Quality Engineer to lead internal quality initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive MSA, risk analyses, and COQ activities, and monitor SPC data and control plans to reduce defects.

The candidate should have a bachelor’s in an engineering field, 5+ years in automotive quality, and strong English. You will mentor staff, drive corrective actions, and ensure sustained process improvements across production lines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy and Materials, Industry, Manufacturing Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality within the automotive industry,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Experience in SAP QM,
• To be able to interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, measurement and test techniques,
• Knowledge of core quality tools (FMEA, 8D, PPAP, Control Plan, SPC competencies),
• Result oriented, high persuasiveness,
• Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills,
• Strong organizational and referral skills,
• Quick decision making and creating practical solutions,
