Job summary

LAV, a leading glassware manufacturer, seeks a Senior Product Manager in Turkey to own the product lifecycle, pricing, and market analysis. The role requires 10+ years in product management and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. You will lead cross-functional teams to develop data-driven portfolio strategies and campaigns.

Based in Marmara region, this on-site position offers collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and global teams to optimize product performance and competitiveness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management or related commercial function.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, portfolio management, pricing, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from portfolio planning and positioning to performance monitoring and optimization.
• Identify market needs, customer expectations, and emerging trends for new products.
• Evaluate performance of existing products and suggest portfolio improvements.
• Develop and manage segment-based campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis including pricing strategies and market developments.
• Identify trends and differentiating practices within the competitive landscape.
• Conduct pricing analyses considering market dynamics and price positioning.
• Develop data-driven recommendations on product strategy and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other functions to support commercial objectives.
• Prepare regular analyses, reports, and presentations to support decision-making.
