Job summary

Constructor Tech is seeking a Physics SME to create scientific and educational content for interactive virtual and 3D laboratories. You will transform traditional experiments into engaging digital experiences for students and collaborate with designers, Unity developers, and QA engineers to ensure accuracy and pedagogy.

You will lead content development, oversee requirements, and ensure accessibility standards while supporting partnerships, proposals, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Physics, Applied Physics or closely related field.
• Experience as SME, educational content development, or digital learning products.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Development, platform).
• Experience with multiple subject areas or SME teams across domains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of SMEs and coordinate workloads, priorities and content quality.
• Translate pedagogical and subject needs into actionable tasks for content teams.
• Oversee content design, technical requirements and accessibility standards.
• Support proposals, presales activities and partnerships with external stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding, implementation guidance and client engagements.
