Job summary

Lever, Inc. in Turkey seeks an E-Learning Instructional Designer for a six-month remote contract with an Australian client. You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts to align content with clear learning objectives.

You will develop interactive multimedia content using Articulate, manage LMS/SCORM, and craft storyboards, scripts, and QA processes to ensure accessibility and quality across deliverables.

Qualifications

• At least two years of instructional design experience or related education.
• Hands-on multimedia learning content development using Articulate.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM; strong visual/storyboard skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and scripts; HTML/CSS basics.
• Strong collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders; excellent organization.
• Preferred Moodle experience and familiarity with creative software.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive digital learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate complex information into online experiences.
• Create storyboards, copy, and audio/video scripts aligned to learning objectives.
• Manage LMS content and ensure SCORM compliance and accessibility.
• Perform usability testing and QA to ensure reliable learner experience.
• Support e-learning project delivery, on-time and within budget.
