Bitaksi in Istanbul seeks a Senior People & Culture Specialist to own key People initiatives and translate organizational needs into structured projects. You will collaborate with leaders to drive cross-functional programs from idea to measurable outcomes.

You will blend project management with an analytics mindset to improve performance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness, while exploring AI-driven enhancements in People processes.

Qualificações

• At least 5 years in People & Culture or HR-related roles with project leadership.
• Strong project management skills covering end-to-end initiatives.
• Experience designing or improving People processes and systems.
• Solid knowledge of organizational development and performance management.
• Advanced ability to analyze workforce data and derive actions.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with senior leaders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and create action plans.
• Proactive ownership mindset with execution focus.
• Excellent communication skills and cross-functional teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving tech environment and communicate in English.
