Qualifications

• Graduated from universities in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.
• Strong knowledge of sales, payment systems, and operational processes.
• Experience in software applications, testing, and deployment processes.
• Knowledgeable in API-based architectures and integration structures.
• Preferably has actively participated in AI-based projects.
• Strong skills in process tracking, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Highly analytical with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Advanced level of written and verbal English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the continuity of applications and systems used in sales and payment processes and managing them in compliance with regulations.
• Analyzing business requirements in detail and translating them into technical requirements, user stories, and API specifications.
• Managing, prioritizing, and technically refining the product backlog.
• Managing testing processes, preparing test scenarios, performing functional manual tests, and taking an active role in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinating the testing, training, and production deployment processes of software changes.
• Monitoring and regularly reporting data entry, service, and maintenance processes.
• Conducting regular audits of operational processes and field controls, monitoring the performance and stability of applications in the production environment, and developing improvement actions.
• Supporting internal and external audit processes, identifying areas for improvement, and following up on action items.
