Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an entry-level finance support professional to enable accurate and timely payment administration across our project sites. Under supervision, you will ensure compliance with SOPs, Sarbanes-Oxley controls and SLAs, while building remote relationships with colleagues worldwide.

You will manage a portfolio of projects, track payment cycles, identify financial risks, perform data quality checks, and produce standard reports to assist project teams in resolving issues and meeting

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language.
• Knowledge of applicable protocol requirements.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, provide support enabling the accurate and timely payment administration to our network of project sites.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and provide oversight on the entire process.
• Highlight aged invoices and financial risks – explain delays.
• Data quality control, ensure batches are scheduled per contracts and budgets.
• Project reconciliations and payment cycle target trending.
• Provide high level customer service to internal project teams and assist with project issues.
• Track and report KPI data and flag nonstandard issues to management.
• Assist team members to help group meet targets.
• Ensure required approvals are obtained for setup and payment processes.
