Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Fluent English required.
• Experience in agile teams with Jira workflows.
• End-to-end ownership of complex operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT platform administration and third-party integrations.
• Manage Google Workspace and MDM deployments.
• Provide elite IT support and access controls.
• Oversee device procurement and vendor coordination.
• Resolve ITSD tickets in Jira with end-to-end resolution.
• Contribute to proactive IT Operations model.
• Support SOC 2, PCI, and SOX audit processes.
