Job summary

BP is seeking a senior P&C Manager for META, reporting to the Europe, META, GAM & GME leadership. The role leads strategic people initiatives, talent development and DE&I across multiple markets, including Turkey, with a focus on fair, data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate across the People & Culture function, coach teams, and drive high performance in a complex, geographically diverse environment, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• The role requires extensive experience across a range of People & Culture disciplines in commercial and operational environments.
• Track record of effective partnering and coaching role-modelling of best practices in continuous improvement and driving high performance
• Proven capability in talent management, ER, change management, and organizational development.
• Clear experience of project implementation and execution.
• Demonstrated experience in operating in complex, geographically dispersed environments.

Responsibilities

• Align with partnering and COE colleagues to develop, plan, and execute delivery of prioritized strategic people and culture initiatives including talent management, DE&I, employee engagement, M&A, reorganizations.
• Serve as workstream lead for a COE accountability with partners to develop solutions for META, Europe, GAM & GME.
• Work with EMG&G leadership to translate priorities into tangible actions/project deliverables and provide status updates.
