Job summary

MANTU GROUP SA in Istanbul seeks a Senior Software Developer (Oracle/PL/SQL) to join our international banking projects. You will develop banking software using Oracle PL/SQL and Java, and contribute to end-to-end solutions.

You will design and optimize PL/SQL procedures, work with Oracle Forms, and collaborate with global teams. Strong English communication is required, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum helps drive secure, well-documented code in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PL/SQL development experience with strong Oracle Forms expertise
• At least 5 years of hands-on Java development experience
• Familiarity with version control and project management tools (Jira, Git, TFS, ClearCase, etc.)
• Strong analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills with a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain banking software applications using Oracle and Java technologies
• Design and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures and Oracle Forms processes
• Actively participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within large-scale, mission-critical projects
• Collaborate effectively with international teams (advanced English - spoken and written)
• Contribute to Data Warehouse (DWH) processes when required
• Ensure secure coding practices and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Work in alignment with Agile/Scrum methodologies where applicable
