Job summary

Innovance Consultancy in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a hands-on team. You will contribute to systems design, develop code, perform unit testing, and participate in reviews and integration tests for modifications and enhancements.

Requirements include 5+ years of Java experience with Java 8+, strong Spring Framework expertise, RESTful API design, and experience with Git and Maven. Hybrid role based in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Master’s degree is a plus
• 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience with Java 8+
• Strong experience with Spring framework using Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring Data
• Experience with Git, Maven
• Experience with Unit Test Frameworks
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL DB, JPA, and Hibernate
• Experience with RESTful API design, SOAP, and XML
• Ability to think creatively in problem-solving, debugging, object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to clearly communicate with peers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts
• Taking ownership of your work by meeting deadlines, foreseeing delays, and raising issues appropriately
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
