Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a senior SCADA SME to strengthen its oil and gas practice. You will advise on system design, architecture, and operations, supporting business development and delivery teams with field-grounded input and credible narratives for proposals and client pitches.

With 10–15+ years in SCADA/industrial control systems, you will shape solutions across upstream to downstream assets, ensuring robust design, redundancy, and OT/IT convergence insights are reflected in engagements.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of hands-on SCADA and industrial control experience.
Experience with IOC/NOC or major operator is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

Serve as the go-to SCADA and control systems expert for client-facing teams, providing credible input on system architecture, integration, and operations.
Advise business development and delivery teams on technical feasibility, scope, and risk in SCADA opportunities.
Contribute domain content to proposals, capability statements, and pitch decks for SCADA and automation opportunities.
Support discovery and scoping discussions with clients, translating pain points into solution narratives.
