EPAM Systems is seeking a SCADA SME to strengthen its oil and gas practice, bringing practical hands-on knowledge of SCADA and industrial control systems used across operations worldwide. You will serve as domain authority, support business development and delivery teams, and ensure proposed solutions reflect field design and operation realities.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15+ years of hands-on SCADA and industrial control systems experience in oil and gas operations.
• Experience with IOC/NOC operators is strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of SCADA architecture, PLC/RTU integration, telemetry, historian systems, and related standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Computer, or related field)

• Serve as the go-to SCADA expert for client-facing teams on architecture, integration, and operations.
• Advise on feasibility, scope, and risk in SCADA-related opportunities.
• Contribute domain content to proposals, capability statements, and pitch decks for SCADA opportunities.
• Translate client pain points into solution narratives for SCADA systems.
• Review delivery approaches and deliverables for technical and operational soundness.
