Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain - Network Scheduling Supervisor to own the 0–12 week horizon for product availability and exception management across markets. You will develop timely plans, create the Master Production Schedule, and coordinate CoE resources to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory levels.

You will collaborate with operations and other functions to analyze KPIs and drive improvements in cash, cost, and customer service while maintaining adherence to cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in SCM, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, BA or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years in Supply Chain (Materials Management, Inventory, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, SIOP).

Responsibilities

• Develop timely and accurate plans for finished products at assigned level of the supply network and for short-term finished goods availability in the markets within the 0 to 12 weeks horizon.
• Create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Coordinate team of CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers...) to deliver MPS Plan.
• Interface with operations to drive schedule adherence.
• Report and analyze key performance indicators to drive supply network improvements in cash, cost and customer service results.
• Collaborate across functions to drive improvements across end-to-end Supply Chain and serve customers efficiently.
