Job summary

Loenbro in Turkey, TX is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects, lead field teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and 5+ years of superintendent experience on major commercial or civil projects, with strong leadership and communication skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of superintendent experience on large-scale ground-up projects valued at $50 million or more.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects (data centers, healthcare facilities, and transportation infra).
• Strong knowledge of building, electrical, life-safety codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource planning.
• Ability to review and interpret drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs, and other docs to ensure successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale projects and field leadership teams while ensuring staffing and execution across multiple locations.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and project requirements, ensuring compliance with owner expectations and company objectives.
• Serve as the technical authority on drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and constructability concerns.
• Lead project planning and controls, including budgeting, forecasting, manpower planning, procurement coordination, and schedule management.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence by enforcing safety policies and quality control programs.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and trade partners to resolve complex construction challenges.
• Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving to manage multiple projects and field teams.
