Job summary

Knauf Türkiye is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Civil Engineer) to lead the Ahiboz 2 expansion, directing on-site construction, MEP integration, and budget control, reporting directly to the Factory Director. You will coordinate contractors, ensure safety and quality, and drive the project from tender to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with hands-on site experience.
• 10+ years essential in industrial construction or factory expansion.
• Fluency in Turkish and advanced English for reporting.
• Knowledge of Turkish construction laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site civil, mechanical and electrical works as primary interface.
• Monitor schedule, identify bottlenecks and implement mitigation.
• Enforce QA/QC, review contractor payments and materials.
• Champion HSE culture on site and safety compliance.
• Oversee testing and commissioning of new MEP systems.
• Manage defects, punch-list closure and handover.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly executive reports.
