Job summary

Ermenegildo Zegna Holditalia S.p.A in Fatih, Istanbul, seeks a Senior Style Advisor to transform each store visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. You will build lasting customer relationships, advise on styling across Zegna collections, and help create a sophisticated store atmosphere.

You will master the selling flow, support visual merchandising, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s heritage and high standards in service.

Qualifications

• High school qualification required.
• 4 to 6 years’ retail sales or customer service experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, pleasant personality and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Provide memorable luxury in-store customer service experience by following the Zegna selling flow.
• Develop deep knowledge of Zegna collections to advise customers on styling and total looks.
• Contribute to store visual and image and maximise sales through retail operational excellence.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and CRM follow-up after purchases.
• Assist in Su Misura service and manage in-store customer experiences.
