Job summary

TechBiz Global GmbH in Ankara is seeking a Technical Support Engineer / Linux Systems Administrator (L2/L3) for an on-site, full-time role. You will manage GNU/Linux systems, virtualization, and hosting environments to ensure reliable service.

Responsibilities include deploying and supporting cPanel/WHM, Plesk, Apache/Nginx, and databases, with emphasis on security, backups, and performance. Fluency in English is advantageous for client communication.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of web hosting stacks and control panels.
• Experience with cPanel/WHM and Plesk.
• Experience with Docker, KVM, OpenVZ.
• Familiar with Apache/Nginx/LiteSpeed and databases.
• Knowledge of mail servers (Exim, Dovecot) and DNS.
• Scripting in Bash or Python; Ansible is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain GNU/Linux systems and virtualized/containerized environments.
• Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot hosting control panels (cPanel/WHM, Plesk).
• Troubleshoot and optimize web applications (WordPress, Laravel); PHP, Node.js, Python stacks.
