Job summary

Eclit is seeking a senior Linux Platform & Observability lead to drive reliable, scalable platform operations. You will mentor a team, design monitoring architectures, and advance automation using Ansible, Bash, and container tech.

You will shape incident response, RCA programs, and predictive monitoring leveraging Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, and AI-powered techniques within a cloud-native, enterprise context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years in Linux platforms/infra operations.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong hands-on with enterprise Linux, HA, security, and capacity planning.
• Proven automation with Bash and Ansible, IaC practices.
• Experience with virtualization and containers: KVM, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with observability: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to Linux Platform & Observability team.
• Oversee performance, security, HA, and operational continuity of Linux infra.
• Mentor team members and guide career development.
• Design and improve monitoring/observability platforms.
• Lead implementation and standardization of monitoring tools.
• Develop Ansible-based automation to reduce workload.
• Enable AI-powered operations for proactive incidents and RCA.
• Drive incident management, RCA, and permanent improvements.
