RedCloud is seeking a Head of Platform & DevOps to lead a talented team responsible for the scalability and reliability of our global infrastructure. In this hands-on leadership role, you will make key architectural decisions and support engineering teams across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a Platform, DevOps, or Infrastructure function in a fast-growing tech environment.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and IaC.
• Strong background in CI/CD tooling and release engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of our global cloud infrastructure across one or more providers.
• Drive FinOps practices to control costs without sacrificing resilience.
• Lead swift resolution of P0/P1 incidents with clear communication to stakeholders.
