Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on software development in the Customer Domain within the banking sector.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot development experience in banking systems.
• Experience with customer onboarding, KYC, master data, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with core banking integrations and external data providers.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed backend systems.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines in modern development.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Core banking experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for customer onboarding, KYC, and lifecycle processes.
• Design services for customer master data, status, segmentation, and relationships.
• Implement customer management functionalities for individuals and corporates.
• Integrate customer services with digital channels, core banking, authentication platforms, compliance, and external verifications.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices supporting customer journeys.
• Ensure customer data consistency, security, confidentiality, traceability, and auditability across distributed systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Collaborate closely with product, business analysis, QA, compliance, operations, and core banking teams.
