Job summary

AVL Türkiye Araştırma ve Mühendislik seeks Senior Software Engineers to design, code, test and maintain enterprise desktop and web-based engineering software for automotive digitalization and autonomy. The role involves requirements management and active participation in R&D activities.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 4 years in software development, fluent English, and willingness to travel abroad long-term. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript and CI/CD tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Informatics, and preferably MSc and/or PhD qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English
• Fast learner; treats change as an opportunity to learn and develop
• Eager to learn state of the art technologies and techniques to come up with elegant solutions to the problems
• Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Willingness to frequent and long-term travel abroad
• Become a member of a team working on multi-national projects
