Qualifications

• Strong professional experience in software testing and QA in complex IT environments.
• Experience in test analysis, design, execution, defect management and reporting.
• Prior Test Lead/Team Lead coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software testing activities, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Perform test analysis, test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
• Plan and prioritize testing workloads, coordinate daily team activities, and monitor progress.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing, including performance, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze customer requirements, identify risks, and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Work with complex customer applications and backend systems to validate functionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment.
• Provide technical guidance and promote best practices within the testing team.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and process improvement.
• Take ownership of testing deliverables and manage risks to ensure quality standards.
