The skills you bring

• Strong professional experience in software testing and quality assurance, preferably in complex IT environments.
• Solid knowledge of test analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Previous experience in a Test Lead, Team Lead, or similar coordination role is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of functional and non‑functional testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Familiarity with complex customer applications, databases, and backend systems.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into effective testing strategies and test coverage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and support team delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Knowledge of test automation practices and tools is an advantage.
