About This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Engineer with a strong background in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on testing expertise with the ability to coordinate testing activities, guide team members, and ensure high-quality delivery. Previous experience in a Test Lead or Team Lead role would be an advantage. This position requires a proactive professional who can take ownership of testing activities, collaborate effectively with customer stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.

• Solid knowledge of test analysis, test design, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Previous experience in a Test Lead, Team Lead, or similar coordination role is considered an advantage.
• Strong understanding of functional and non-functional testing methodologies.
• Experience with performance, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with complex customer applications, databases, and backend systems.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into effective testing strategies and test coverage.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage priorities and support team delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of test automation practices and tools is an advantage.
