Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing IT projects or programmes, with fintech/regulatory exposure.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-country initiatives with multiple teams.
• Experience in performance reviews and leave planning for a team.
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to communicate with executives.
