Job summary

Hayat, a leading FMCG company, is seeking an Innovation Scouting Senior Engineer to join the Inovation Scouting team at our Headquarters in Kocaeli. You will monitor global technology trends, scout target technologies, and drive PoC initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will build partnerships with startups and universities, contribute to the technology roadmap, and help shape Hayat's global innovation strategy while leveraging AI tools and your strong project management

Qualifications

• MS degree in Mechanical Eng., Industrial Eng., Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years in startups, VC, tech consulting, or innovation-driven environments.
• Experience in project management.
• Experience using AI tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to relocate to Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global technology trends, startups, and emerging innovations.
• Identify and scout relevant technologies aligned with business needs.
• Evaluate opportunities based on technical feasibility, ROI, and strategic fit.
• Lead PoC and pilot projects with cross-functional teams.
• Build and manage partnerships with startups, universities, and tech providers.
• Contribute to innovation strategy and technology roadmap development.
