Felician University is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Human Resources and Employee Relations to lead on-campus HR operations and serve as the senior advisor for employee relations and training.

The role works with the Director of HR to manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to retirement—ensuring compliance with laws, advising on workforce strategy, policy development, and alignment of HR practices with the university’s mission and budget.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ progressively responsible experience in HR management.
• 3+ years’ experience in employee relations management.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with HR information systems, especially ADP.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily operations of the Office of Human Resources.
• Act as senior advisor for employee relations and training.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to retirement.
• Advise administration on workforce strategy and policy development.
• Align HR practices with institutional mission, goals, and budget.
