Aon is seeking a Senior Account Representative for our Health Solutions Operations team. You will monitor customer service activities within Health & Life Insurance, coordinate service delivery with insurers, and ensure timely issue resolution for clients.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, handling policy renewals and endorsements, and maintaining accurate workflows between customers and partner insurance companies.

Qualifications

• Monitoring and overseeing customer service activities within the Operations function of the Health & Life Insurance department.
• Providing timely and effective solutions to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Ensuring the follow-up and control of health insurance policies and endorsements with insurance companies.
• Managing the service workflow between insurance companies and customers.
• Processing policy and endorsement transactions (renewals and new enrollments) and closely monitoring the process on behalf of both the customer and the insurance company.
