Job summary

Aon in Izmir seeks an Account Executive for Commercial Risk Solutions. You will implement and manage risk programs for corporate clients, coordinating with insurance companies and internal units to deliver tailored solutions while pursuing new business opportunities.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and MS Office skills, with a focus on accuracy and results. Travel is not required and the team supports wellbeing and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and managing commercial risk programs for corporate clients; dealing with all resulting issues including advice, claims administration and operations monitoring
• Maintaining the coordination in between Clients and internal Aon Units, together with the Insurance Companies
• Execution of sales and marketing activities of the Commercial Risk Solutions products
• Creating business opportunities, acquiring a portfolio of clients and managing relations
• Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
• Ensuring coordination of business processes with Insurance Companies
