Job summary

Aon Izmir is seeking an Account Executive for our Commercial Risk Solutions Department. You will implement and manage commercial risk programs for corporate clients, coordinating with insurers and supporting sales and marketing activities.

You should have experience in non-life insurance, strong negotiation and communication skills, and excellent MS Office proficiency. This role focuses on building client relationships, growing the portfolio, and contributing to business development in a hybrid

Responsibilities

• Implementing and managing commercial risk programs for corporate clients; dealing with issues including advice, claims administration and operations monitoring.
• Maintaining coordination between Clients and internal Aon Units, and with Insurance Companies
• Execution of sales and marketing activities of the Commercial Risk Solutions products
• Creating business opportunities, acquiring a portfolio of clients and managing relations
• Taking an active role in business development and sales acquisitions
• Ensuring coordination of business processes with Insurance Companies
