Job summary

Gulliver’s Games in Istanbul is seeking a Growth Manager to own paid user acquisition and ad monetisation for Word Tiles GO and upcoming titles.

You will work closely with product, creative and the founder to build an AI-powered creative pipeline, run monetisation tests, and analyse ROI, CPI, LTV, while collaborating with a tight-knit team at our Esentepe office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in paid UA or performance marketing.
• Experience building and using AI-powered creative pipelines.
• Familiar with ad manager tools (AppLovin, Unity, Meta, Google Ads) and attribution tools (Appsflyer).
• Strong analytics: SQL, spreadsheets, APIs; cohort analysis; budget, ROI, LTV forecasting.

Job description

Gulliver’s Games is an Istanbul-based mobile game studio behind Word Tiles GO. We run a small team that uses AI agents across everything: game development, backend and live-ops, data, marketing and internal tools. We’re looking for a Growth Manager to grow our games through paid user acquisition and ad monetisation.

The Role

You’ll own paid user acquisition and ad monetisation operations and analysis for Word Tiles GO and upcoming new titles. You’ll work very closely with product, creative and founder.

What You’ll Do

• Creative pipeline: Build and own an AI-powered pipeline that produces different types of ad creatives at scale.
• Playable ads: Own playable ad creation with the help of product and AI teammates.
• Reporting and analysis: Build automated reports, and track and analyse both short term (ROI, CPI) and long term (LTV, RR) performance daily.
• Ad monetisation: Run ad monetisation A/B tests and manage network partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 3 years in paid UA or performance marketing, with a proven track record of directly managing creative production and use of AI pipeline.
• Creativity and learning: Develop and test ad creatives, and follow mobile games’ ads, campaigns, creative pipelines, data analysis and partnership relations.
• Tools: Clear understanding of ad manager tools (AppLovin, Unity, Meta, Google Ads) and attribution tools (Appsflyer or similar MMPs).
• Analytics: Reliable data preparation with SQL, spreadsheets, APIs or similar tools; cohort analysis and spend, revenue and LTV forecasting.
