Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a seasoned Clinical Operations leader to oversee strategic and tactical planning and execution of R&D sponsored clinical programs from Phase I to IV across global sites.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage CROs, budgets, and CAPAs, ensure inspection readiness, and contribute to SOP development while maintaining GxP compliance and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (graduate degree).
• 7+ years in clinical research in industry and 5+ years in clinical trial management.
• Understanding of GxP and global regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management capabilities and leadership.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, oversee, and conduct global clinical trials across one or more therapeutic areas.
• Collaborate in a global environment to improve processes, standards, and services.
• Drive protocol-related activities across the trial lifecycle to meet timelines and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and oversee CROs and vendors.
• Ensure inspection readiness and CAPA processes are in place.
• Prepare clinical program updates and contribute to SOP development.
• Participate in sponsor oversight via site visits and ICH/GxP compliance.
