Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to manage investigator sites across the clinical trial lifecycle, performing on-site, remote, and electronic monitoring to ensure patient safety and study quality.

You will collaborate with Site Care Partners and study teams, support site activation and enrollment, oversee regulatory compliance, and mentor junior CRAs while traveling significant amounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent healthcare discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical site monitoring experience.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP, FDA regulations, and local country requirements.
• Fluency in English and the local language(s).

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor assigned investigator sites across the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with protocol requirements, ICH/GCP, and Pfizer standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned investigator sites during study conduct.
• Partner with Site Care Partners and study teams to support site performance and quality delivery.
• Support site activation, patient recruitment, enrollment, and study progress.
• Conduct on-site, remote, and electronic monitoring visits, including initiation and closeout visits.
• Review and follow up on adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) as required.
• Maintain study documentation, monitoring reports, and TMF records.
• Identify site-level issues and implement CAPA plans when necessary.
• Resolve data queries and support database release activities.
• Ensure oversight of investigational product management at sites.
• Participate in investigator meetings as required.
• Support audit readiness and quality remediation activities.
