Job summary

Devotion Interactive in Istanbul is seeking a Senior Producer to own end-to-end production of our in-house games. You will manage roadmaps, scope and resources across multiple projects, coordinating code, art, design, audio and QA to hit milestones.

You will report to leadership, highlight risks, and drive decisions on what to cut or prioritize. You'll run sprint planning, track tasks in Notion or Google Sheets, and align launches with publishing and community teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the games industry, with 2+ years as producer or development director.
• Shipped at least one game as a producer, from pre-production to launch.
• Managed production for a multidisciplinary team of 10+ people.
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of Unity or Unreal Engine pipelines.
• Comfortable speaking English day-to-day.
• Active use of AI tools for planning, reporting and documentation.
• Based in Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Build and own roadmaps, milestones and delivery schedules for our internal projects.
• Run sprint planning, backlog prioritization and task tracking across disciplines.
• Plan resource and capacity allocation across projects; identify bottlenecks and risks early.
• Drive scope decisions with clear recommendations on what to cut, defer or prioritize.
• Plan and ship external deliveries on time: builds, playtests, demos and Steam Next Fest.
• Align launch schedules with publishing, marketing and community teams.
• Deliver weekly project status, risk and budget reports to leadership.
• Standardize production processes and lead the build-out of the producer structure as the team grows.
