Job summary

Homa Games SAS is seeking a Lead Product Manager for live RPG titles to own the end-to-end product roadmap, economy, and LiveOps. You will shape core loops, progression, and monetization while leading a small team of product, design, and economy experts.

You will partner with UA to drive growth and work closely with publishing and studios across the lifecycle. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a lean, fast-moving environment with autonomy, data-driven decisions, and impactful game

Qualifications

LiveOps experience shaping events, content, progression and monetization.
End-to-end ownership of features from concept to live operation.
Strong cross-functional leadership to align design, publishing, data, economy, UA and studios.

Responsibilities

Define product roadmap across one or more live RPG titles including core loop, progression and monetization.
Own LiveOps end-to-end: calendar, events, loop to bring players back and sustain sprint work.
Lead a small team of product, design, and economy experts to achieve shared goals.
Oversee monetization balancing IAP and ad revenue growth with the economy team.
Drive growth with UA partnerships, shaping data-informed campaigns into the roadmap.
Collaborate with Publishing and studios across the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Set benchmarks and best practices; stay hands-on with data and systems when needed.
Stay close to data and systems to deeply influence critical monthly priorities.
