New Mind AI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go, focusing on microservices and server-side events to deliver scalable backend solutions.

You will design APIs, implement gRPC-based communication, and ensure robust data management with modern ORM tools, GraphQL, and REST services. A strong leadership mindset to mentor juniors is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Go.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and server-side event patterns.
• Experience with Redis/CouchBase for cache management and Kafka/RabbitMQ for queues.
• Proficiency in ORM tools: Prisma, TypeORM, Mongoose, Sequelize, or GORM.
• Experience with NestJS, GraphQL, Apollo, and Gin for backend services.
• Comfort with Docker, Kubernetes, and API design (GraphQL/REST).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop backend solutions with Node.js, TypeScript, and Go.
• Set up gRPC-based microservices communication.
• Build real-time apps using server-side events.
• Optimize performance with cache and queue systems.
• Manage data with MongoDB and Elasticsearch; handle Kafka streams.
• Mentor juniors and contribute to SDLC and testing.
