Job summary

MEAtec is seeking a seasoned Frontend Developer to design and implement data-driven, high-performance web apps for Battery Passport and Battery Analytics. You’ll own UI quality, collaborate with backend teams, and leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate prototyping and delivery.

The role emphasizes building a polished, design-led product with a strong eye for detail, working in a fast-paced, international team environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
• Strong design sensibility with design systems experience.
• Proficiency with Figma and translating designs into polished interfaces.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of state management libraries and testing/perf optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Battery Passport and Battery Analytics web platforms.
• Build responsive, accessible UIs using React/Next.js/TypeScript.
• Own design system and component library and translate designs from Figma.
• Lead end-to-end feature delivery including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with backend for API integration and real-time data.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and performance tuning.
• Support CI/CD processes and frontend tooling.
