Job summary

Eaton is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Ankara to bridge accounting and FP&A, supporting planning, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Ankara plants (Sincan & Temelli). You’ll collaborate with Controlling, Sales, Operations, SCM and HR to provide actionable insights and protect asset value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of US GAAP and SOX framework.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and forecasting process to guide business units toward targets.
• Analyse financial data related to costs, pricing, and performance.
• Collaborate with Zone Controlling, Accounting, Sales, Operations, SCM, and HR to provide insights.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Monitor revenue recognition, cost allocations, and margins.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policy including SOX in reporting.
