Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a VOIP/Network Engineer to join our Turkish teams, collaborating with vendors and 3rd parties to deliver products and services. You will provide 24/7 support for network issues not resolved by first-level support and develop scripts and portals to monitor KPIs and troubleshoot the infrastructure.

Ideal candidates have multi-vendor VOIP experience, SIP knowledge, and strong scripting skills with fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science.
• Experience with VOIP in multi-vendor environments.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with vendors and 3rd parties for products and services.
• Provide 24/7 support, second level for unresolved issues.
• Develop scripts, GUI & portal for troubleshooting and monitoring KPI of network.
• Deploy APIs to production and provide development support.
