Job summary

Sistem Alüminyum in Istanbul (European Side) seeks a Senior Finance Leader to steer budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for a manufacturing/export-focused business. You will manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships while ensuring accurate financial reporting to the Executive Committee.

The role requires ERP/ SAP expertise, risk management, and advanced Excel skills with a proven team-lead track record. Fluency in English is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in finance with at least 5 in a managerial role.
• Experience in manufacturing/export industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Oversee banking relationships, loans, and trade finance.
• Monitor FX, rates, liquidity; develop hedging strategies.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports for Executive Committee.
• Ensure accurate period-end closing, reconciliation, and compliance.
• Drive automation and data quality through ERP systems (SAP).
• Explore AI applications in finance and drive value across processes.
