Job summary

Plena seeks an experienced Fashion Designer to drive collection development, select fabrics, and contribute to product creation. You will participate in fittings, analyze samples from trade fairs, and prepare visual R&D files to support collection development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Fashion Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in fashion design.
• Strong technical drawing skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Strong interest in fashion and up-to-date knowledge of current trends.
• Advanced knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabrics.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
