Data is a core strategic asset at ING Türkiye, and advanced risk analytics capabilities are critical to sound risk management, regulatory compliance, and informed decision making. We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer with strong senior analyst capabilities to contribute to our Risk Tribe, enabling accurate, timely, and high quality risk data pipelines that support credit risk, market risk, regulatory reporting, and risk analytics use cases.

This role is ideal for professionals who combine hands‑on ETL development expertise with a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of risk data, and the ability to translate business and risk requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes supporting risk data platforms and analytical use cases
• Build reliable, scalable, and auditable data pipelines ensuring data accuracy, consistency, lineage, and reconciliation across risk systems
• Act as a bridge between risk stakeholders and technology by translating risk business and regulatory requirements into technical specifications
• Develop structured data models to support credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, capital adequacy, and stress testing analytics
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis to ensure high data quality standards for risk calculations
• Collaborate closely with risk analysts, quantitative teams, data architects, and product owners to deliver end–to–end risk data solutions
• Support automation and standardization of recurring risk data processes and regulatory submissions
• Contribute to architectural improvements and modernization initiatives within risk data platforms
• Follow disciplined development, documentation, and change management practices aligned with ING standards

Qualifications

Must Have – Technical & Domain Expertise

• 6–8+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering, or data analytics roles
• Strong hands‑on expertise with ETL tools and technologies (ODI, DataStage, Oracle‑based DWH solutions, or equivalent)
• Solid experience working with risk domain data (credit risk, RWA, PD/LGD/EAD, provisioning, stress testing, regulatory risk metrics)
• Proven ability to analyze business, risk, and regulatory requirements and translate them into data models and ETL logic
• Advanced SQL knowledge and experience with complex transformations and performance tuning
• Strong analytical skills with a senior analyst mindset, capable of understanding end‑to‑end risk data flows and calculations
• Experience with risk reporting, regulatory reporting or risk analytics platforms
