HR Partners is seeking a Powership Investment Electrical Director for a high‑profile energy sector client. You will lead a large electrical engineering organization responsible for the electrical design and investment processes of Powership projects, and you will coordinate design standards, specifications and handover to execution teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical projects within energy/oil & gas.
• Strong design, engineering, installation, commissioning and field execution experience.
• Advanced HV systems knowledge with project execution experience.
• Experience in EPC projects and subcontractor management.
• Experience in technical reporting and project progress monitoring.
• Budgeting, cost estimation and budget planning experience.
• Experience in power generation facilities electrical and control systems.
• Leadership and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Fluent English, willingness to travel and relocate to Yalova.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the establishment and management of a large electrical engineering organization.
• Oversee electrical design for Powership projects, defining standards and requirements.
• Manage the full lifecycle from initial design to handover to execution teams.
• Communicate designs and specifications to project, execution, and field teams.
• Oversee preparation and approval of technical specifications and diagrams.
• Ensure technical quality, schedule adherence, and execution integrity.
• Manage procurement and subcontracting of electrical and control systems.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Monitor overall performance and report progress to senior management.
• Build and develop the Electrical Investments team and recruit key talent.
