Job summary

ColendiBank, Türkiye's first AI-powered digital native bank, seeks a Senior Business Analyst specialized in the Customer domain to translate business needs into clear functional requirements for scalable banking solutions.

You will collaborate with product, development, QA, compliance, and business teams to design and implement customer-centric experiences, focusing on onboarding, lifecycle management, and seamless digital interactions across channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Customer domain business analysis within the banking sector.
• Strong hands-on experience in customer onboarding and customer lifecycle processes.
• Knowledge of KYC, customer verification, customer segmentation, and digital onboarding flows.
• Experience working with digital banking channels and customer-facing systems.
• Strong SQL knowledge is required.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document customer lifecycle processes including onboarding, profile management, customer updates, segmentation, and customer status flows.
• Work closely with business, compliance, and technology teams to translate customer-related requirements into system specifications.
• Support integration analysis for customer services across digital channels, core banking, KYC, and authentication systems.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements for customer domain services.
• Support UAT activities and production rollout processes.
• Contribute to process improvements for customer experience and operational efficiency.
