Job summary

SESTEK is seeking a DevOps Engineer fluent in English to join our growing team. You will deploy, operate, and continuously improve our systems across cloud and on‑prem environments, with a focus on Linux, containers, and automation in a hybrid infrastructure.

You will collaborate with software teams, design IaC, manage Kubernetes clusters, and build internal deployment and monitoring pipelines. The role offers hybrid work options in Ankara or Istanbul and includes health insurance, meal card,

Qualifications

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
At least 2 years of Linux-based experience.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routing, load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS).
Proven troubleshooting and incident response skills.
Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, containerd) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Helm).
Experience deploying CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Nexus, Vault).
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Ansible).
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
Exposure to ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with software teams to ensure smooth deployment and reliable operation in cloud and on‑prem environments.
Design, develop, and maintain Infrastructure as Code to automate provisioning.
Administer and support Kubernetes clusters.
Build and maintain internal tooling and pipelines for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
Ensure high availability, performance, and security across environments.
