Job summary

Bosch Türkiye seeks a senior technical leader to act as the authority in HeatCell development, guiding system-level design, engineering excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across international projects.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, contribute to roadmaps, and ensure standards compliance while strengthening organizational capability through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Heatcell development and HVAC engineering.
• Deep understanding of Heatcell technologies and their interaction with appliance functionality.
• Strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, analytical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to mentor others and build organizational capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
• Able to work within international project teams with very good communication skills.

Responsibilities
