Job summary

Borusan Otomotiv Group in Turkey seeks a Dealer Development Specialist to design KPI architecture, build dashboards, and monitor dealer performance across the Samandıra network.

You will develop network reporting, deliver monthly scorecards, and provide deep-dive analyses to leadership for strategic decisions. 4-7 years in analytics, strong Excel, Power BI, and Turkish fluency with professional English are required.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or performance management in automotive retail or dealer networks.
• Strong financial modelling: P&L analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, ROI modelling.
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI strongly preferred; SQL is an asset.
• Experience with CRM or DMS platforms; familiarity with automotive retail data structures.
• Proven ability to build dashboards and reporting frameworks from scratch.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field; Master's is an asset.
• Fluent in Turkish; professional English is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the network-level KPI architecture: metrics, data sources, calculations, reporting templates.
• Produce and distribute monthly dealer performance scorecards and quarterly deep-dive packs.
• Analyze dealer-level financial performance and benchmark against network averages.
• Create and manage real-time inventory aging dashboards across network points.
• Forecast sales and service revenue; flag deviations with lead time for corrective action.
• Model ROI by dealer cohort and track payback period and lifetime value.
• Support investment cases for new dealer activations and market sizing analyses.
• Present findings at leadership reviews and monitor data integrity across CRM.
